Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a UK pension or ISA transfer typically take?

A straightforward cash transfer usually takes 4–8 weeks. Defined benefit (final salary) scheme transfers require a safeguarded benefits transfer value analysis first and can take considerably longer.

Is my transfer tracking data stored on your servers?

No — all transfer data is stored only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to Wealth365 servers. Use the Export button to download a backup JSON file.

Can I track both pension and ISA transfers in the same list?

Yes — you can log any pension (SIPP, workplace DC, DB) or ISA transfer and set the current status: initiated, awaiting discharge, funds received, or completed.

What should I do if my transfer is taking longer than expected?

Contact the ceding (sending) provider first to confirm they have received and acknowledged the transfer request. If they are unresponsive, escalate to the scheme trustees or to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
