Why is the Free Listing actually free?

We are building our marketplace. The more quality advisers in our directory, the better the matching experience for clients. Your free listing helps us grow, and any matched leads we route to you in this beta are at no cost. When you are ready for a larger lead allowance or want to add planning software and CRM, you can upgrade at any time.
How does lead matching work?

Potential clients complete a short questionnaire about their needs: what type of advice they want, their region, investment size, and timeline. We match them to firms based on geography, specialisms, and minimum investment thresholds. Each lead is delivered exclusively to matched firms — we never sell the same lead to multiple advisers.
What CRM features are included?

From the Essentials plan, you get a full practice management suite: drag-and-drop client pipeline with stage management, service case management (transfers, reviews, new business, etc.), document vault with 13 categories, fee tracking with annual revenue calculations, review scheduling with overdue alerts, task management, client notes, and a complete activity log. It is designed specifically for IFA workflows — not a generic CRM with add-ons.
What happens when I hit my lead limit?

On the Free Listing, you will stop receiving new matched leads until the next month. On paid plans, additional leads are charged at your plan’s extra-lead rate (£6–£8 per lead). Need a custom volume above Professional limits?

Is there a minimum contract?

No. All paid plans are rolling monthly with no lock-in. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. The Free Listing has no commitment at all.
What planning software is included?

From the Essentials plan upwards, you get access to the full Wealth365 financial planning platform: pension projections, tax calculator, state pension explorer, ISA vs pension comparison, IHT planning, property analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, scenario comparison, and professional report builder. The Professional plan adds custom branding (your logo, colours, and a branded subdomain like yourfirm.wealth365.co.uk) so clients see your brand throughout the app and in reports. Note: emails are sent from a Wealth365 address but carry your firm name and colours. Fully custom domains (e.g. plan.yourfirm.co.uk) require a DNS change and team assistance — available on Enterprise.
How is this different from Adviser Cloud or Plannr?

Adviser Cloud and Plannr are CRM-only platforms — you still need separate software for financial planning, report generation, and client acquisition. Wealth365 combines all three: planning software with a full UK tax engine, built-in CRM and case management, and a lead generation directory. One subscription, one login, one platform.
Do I need to be FCA-registered?

Yes. All advisers listed in the Wealth365 directory must hold a valid FCA authorisation. We verify your FCA number before activating your listing.
