Referral & Affiliate Programme Terms
Last updated: 23 April 2026
These terms govern participation in the Wealth365 customer referral programme and the Wealth365 affiliate / partner programme. They are issued by Construct365 Limited (company number 09805408, registered in England & Wales), trading as Wealth365 ("we", "us"). By using a referral link, redeeming a referral, or applying as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.
1. Customer referral programme
- Eligible Wealth365 account holders receive a unique referral link they may share personally.
- When a new customer ("Friend") creates an account using the link and pays for a Wealth365 subscription, both the referrer and the Friend receive 30 extra trial days added to their plan.
- Rewards apply to active paying subscriptions only. Free trial signups do not trigger a reward until the Friend converts to paid.
- Self-referrals (e.g. signing up with a second email) are not permitted and rewards will not be granted.
- Cookie attribution window: 30 days from first link click.
- Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked if a refund occurs within 14 days, or if we detect fraud or abuse.
2. Affiliate programme
- The default commission rate is 20.0% of the customer's net subscription revenue for the first 12 months. Custom rates may be negotiated and are recorded in your partner profile.
- Commission accrues to your pending balance once the customer pays. After a 14-day refund-protection window, balances move to "ready to pay".
- Minimum payout threshold is £50.00. Below this, balance carries forward.
- Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account details you provide in your partner portal. You are responsible for declaring the income to HMRC and for any applicable VAT.
- Refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled subscriptions reverse the corresponding commission.
3. FCA compliance & permitted promotion
- Wealth365 is software for illustrative financial planning. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not provide regulated financial advice.
- You must not represent Wealth365 as advice, nor recommend Wealth365 in a way that constitutes a financial promotion under section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
- If you are an FCA-authorised firm and wish to promote Wealth365 to your audience as part of your regulated activities, you remain solely responsible for compliance with PERG, COBS 4 (financial promotions) and your firm's own approval processes.
- You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Wealth365 in any promotional content (e.g. "I earn a commission if you sign up with this link"), in line with ASA / CMA guidance and the Online Safety Act.
- You must not target vulnerable customers, children, or audiences who would not reasonably benefit from Wealth365.
4. Prohibited practices
- Spam (unsolicited bulk email, SMS, social DMs).
- Bidding on Wealth365 brand keywords on paid search platforms.
- Using cookie-stuffing, browser extensions, toolbars, popunders, or incentivised traffic.
- Misleading claims about Wealth365 features, performance, or regulatory status.
- Impersonating Wealth365, our staff, or our customers.
5. Data protection
Cookie attribution sets a first-party cookie under the Wealth365 domain. We process partner application data, click and conversion records under our Privacy Policy. Affiliates handling end-user personal data in their own marketing must do so in compliance with UK GDPR and PECR.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate participation, withhold rewards, and reverse commission at our discretion if we suspect breach of these terms, fraud, or risk to our customers. We may modify the programme (including reward amounts and commission rates) on 14 days' notice.
7. Liability & governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under the programme is limited to commission earned and unpaid in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
