Review & Ratings Policy

This page explains how client reviews and star ratings work across the Wealth365 adviser directory, including the "Highest Rating" sort option. Our aim is that every rating you see reflects genuine, moderated feedback from people who actually dealt with the firm.

Who can leave a review

Only logged-in Wealth365 users with a completed engagement with the firm — a recorded meeting, a completed onboarding, or a plan shared with that adviser — are eligible to submit a review. Eligibility is checked server-side before the review form is offered.
One review per user per firm. Attempted duplicates are rejected.
Reviews cannot be bought. Firms cannot pay Wealth365 to obtain, boost, or suppress reviews, and we do not offer incentives in exchange for reviews.

How reviews are moderated

Every submitted review is held as pending and is not visible until it has passed moderation.
Moderation checks for abusive content, personal data, spam, and conflicts of interest. A review is then published, hidden, or rejected.
We do not edit the text of a review. If a review breaches this policy it is hidden or rejected in full, not rewritten.
The "✓ Verified" tag on a review means the eligibility check above confirmed a completed engagement between the reviewer and the firm.

How ratings are calculated

A firm's star rating is the average of its published reviews only. Pending, hidden, and rejected reviews are excluded.
The review count shown next to a rating is the number of published reviews.
The "Highest Rating" sort in the directory orders firms by this same average. Firms cannot pay to alter their rating or their position in that sort.
The "Highest Rating" sort is based solely on published review averages and can never be affected by any commercial arrangement.

Adviser responses and disputes

Firms may post one public response to each published review; responses are displayed beneath the review and clearly attributed to the firm.
Firms may dispute a review they believe breaches this policy. A disputed review returns to pending moderation while Wealth365 re-checks it, and is re-published unless the re-check finds a breach.
